Customer Policies & Terms
Effective October 27, 2026. KCIC Beauty is operated by KCIC LLC. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Please review these terms before approving a quote or paying an invoice.
Services & pricing
We offer made-to-order custom wig construction, priced at approximately $1,000–$1,500 per project. Each project's exact price is confirmed in writing before payment. The consultation and design fee of $250–$500 is credited toward, not added to, the approved construction price. Hair provided by KCIC Beauty costs extra and is quoted separately. Pickup is offered at no additional pickup fee; shipping costs are quoted separately before approval. Applicable taxes, if any, are itemized on the quote.
Payment schedule
The exact consultation/design fee is disclosed before the initial payment. Once the project is approved, a construction deposit of 50% of the balance remaining after the consultation/design credit is due before construction. The remaining balance is due before shipment or pickup. We issue payment instructions/invoices individually; this website does not collect card numbers or accept payments directly.
Hair supplied by customers
Customer-supplied hair is subject to review and approval for suitability. Do not ship or drop off hair until KCIC Beauty confirms the arrangement and provides instructions. If hair is unsuitable, we will notify you and arrange its return by scheduled pickup or tracked return shipping at your expense. Replacement hair may be quoted separately. Please retain shipping tracking information.
Production & delivery
Construction generally takes 10–15 business days after the design is finalized, required construction deposit is paid, and acceptable hair is received. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; transit time is additional. Local drop-off and pickup are appointment-only, at a location provided privately after scheduling. Shipping destinations, carrier/service, costs and estimated transit time will be agreed in writing before the order is confirmed. We will communicate material delays.
Cancellation & refunds
To cancel, email kcicbiz@gmail.com with your name and quote/invoice reference. Before consultation/design work starts, you may request cancellation and a refund of any unearned consultation payment. Once consultation/design services have been performed, that portion is nonrefundable to the extent allowed by law. If construction is cancelled, we assess a partial refund based on payments received, work actually completed, and documented, disclosed nonrecoverable project costs; we will provide an itemized accounting. Any refundable balance will be returned to the original payment method when possible. These provisions do not limit statutory rights or remedies for defective, damaged, or materially nonconforming goods.
Returns, defects & order problems
Because wigs are individually customized, change-of-mind returns after completion may not be accepted, subject to applicable law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed written specifications, contact kcicbiz@gmail.com promptly with the invoice reference, a description and photos where appropriate. We will review and offer a legally appropriate remedy, such as correction, replacement or refund. Please obtain return instructions before sending a wig back; we will explain shipping responsibility for eligible claims.
