Privacy Policy

Draft privacy notice. Review and update when the final form provider, analytics, hosting configuration and payment processor are confirmed.

Information you provide

When you email KCIC Beauty or use our email-based quote request, you may provide your name, email address, hair preferences, and details about your requested custom wig. The quote form opens your email application and does not itself store or transmit form entries to a website database.

How information is used

We use the information you send to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate custom orders and provide customer service. We do not sell customer information.

Third-party services

This website is hosted by Netlify and loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Those services may process technical data such as IP addresses. Payments are not collected directly on this website. If Stripe invoices are enabled, Stripe's privacy terms will also apply to information processed through Stripe.

Requests

For questions about information you have provided, email kcicbiz@gmail.com. Data retention periods and any additional services will be specified before the website is used for ongoing commerce.
